Ingredients

sea scallops seared

fennel thinly sliced

lemon or orange vinaigrette

fennel fronds chopped

Directions

In a hot pan, sear sea scallops for a minute or two on each side, depending on size.

Slice or chop scallops and toss with fennel, lemon or orange vinaigrette and some chopped fennel fronds.
